Workshop Deaf & Blind people will take place at ASCE meeting in Dublin in September 2016.
Project will facilitate the mobility and exchange of experiences among cultural experts and decision-makers from different fields and profiles (experts on cultural management & communication, town architects, curators, cemetery managers, University researchers, politicians, etc.).
